Shipping Information

All orders are shipped and will generally arrive within 4-10 business days.

Expedited shipping is available upon request.  Contact us at info@kokoutsuwa.com with questions to make sure you receive your order on time.

All packages are insured and covered against breakage. Although breakage is very rare, if you receive an item that has been damaged, save the box and contact us immediately.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be automatically calculated once your order has been fulfilled, not once the order has been placed.

Local Delivery

We offer free local deliveries from on-site location, Indigo Fire Studio for orders over $75 to Belmont, Cambridge, Arlington, Lexington, Waltham and Watertown, MA. No need to enter a special code. If your shipping address is in the selected areas for local delivery, you will be offered free local delivery automatically. We are typically making local area deliveries in 2-3 business days.  

Canada, International, Hawaii and Alaska Shipping

We ship US domestic (excluding Hawaii and Alaska) and Canada. Currently, we do not service shipping for other international countries. Contact us if you wish your item to be sent for the area. Shipping charges on orders sent outside the continental US vary based on weight, destination & package value and thus, we are unable to accurately quote international shipments in real time online. Customers will be contacted via email once we receive the order and given the shipping costs. Nothing will be charged until the order has actually shipped.
