Crafted using the traditional yobitsugi technique—which mends broken ceramics by uniting them with complementary materials—this porcelain teacup integrates translucent colored glass and soft pastel fragments along its rim. The delicate glass accents are chosen to echo the graceful spirit of the hand-painted plum blossom (ume) motifs, joining along golden seams to create a subtle interplay of color, light, and texture.
